My stay at Harborline was excellent - would definitely return. The unique part of my stay was the proactive helpfulness of the staff. Originally, I was going to only stay one night, but after my experience, decided to stay another night. Unfortunately, they were unable to book me for the 2nd night in the same room because it was already booked. The Front Desk knew that I wanted to move my stuff to the new room prior to leaving that morning for sightseeing. About an hour after leaving, Front Desk Associate, Blair, called me to say that my new room was ready. I really appreciated her kind initiative.

The location of this home is very misleading. Although if you search the exact location, you will find it’s in/near the forest but looking at the pics posted you would think it was near the beach and it is not. I could overlook that if the home was stocked with everything needed and beds were comfortable but that was not the case. We were given 5 bath towels for 4 people for 4days, 1 dish cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 dirty sponge with no washer or dryer and no dishwasher. Extra towels were dropped off once we called the owner but we didn’t ask for toilet paper and ran out of that as well. It just seemed like the bare minimum was done to make us comfortable. If you stay here just know you need to bring your own supplies unless you want to spend your vacation on the phone with the owners.

Arnold and the waitstaff at the Tavern was amazing. The rooms were nice and clean. Will definitely stay here on our next annual trip to Searsport.
